Masters Program Structure

Once you join the Masters Program, you will complete an extensive, confidential worksheet designed to help us learn about you and your needs followed by a private in-depth consultation with Sandy Roth.

Through a series of introspective and thought-provoking questions, you begin the process of identifying what is important to you and why – as well as what you hope to achieve and the efforts you see yourself making in pursuit of those goals.

We encourage each Masters member to begin the program with an optional private practice assessment and communications training retreat with Sandy Roth. (Masters Program tuition is offered with and without this option.)

Following this, you will teleconference with Sandy Roth and your fellow program members for monthly sessions, each focused on a series of key topics.

Sessions are usually scheduled on a Monday or Tuesday evening, 8-11pm EST and 5-8pm PST and are conducted by phone. In preparation for these events, you will receive learning materials from Sandy Roth. At each teleconference Sandy will provide a stimulating balance of new content, group discussion, information processing, clarification, and case studies. Between meetings, Sandy will arrange a private one-hour phone consultation with each Masters member to address issues unique to his or her practice.

Sessions are also recorded and Mastery members can download and listen back to the discussions any time.)

ProSynergy also furnishes you with guided personal study and support, as well as background materials and meeting outlines to help you involve your staff.

As a Masters member you will receive a comprehensive set of learning tools including the entire treasure trove of ProSynergy books, newsletters, audio cassette tapes, workbooks and worksheets. At the conclusion of the year, you will have assembled a comprehensive library of materials – useful and relevant for years to come.

Your progression from first session through the last is developmental in nature – building upon the initial foundation created by you and the other Masters members. Each session provides enough relevant, practical information and support that you will feel confident using your skills right away.
